Design Level “C” :  This is an above average level “1″ detailed design which will have additional ceiling treatments-soffits ( many extra 2 step types & rope lighting effects, no coffered or tray ceiling work allowed) in the design to create optical illusions extending the amount of detail I put into an average level designed basement. It includes all rooms, custom bar and wine storage if any, not wine room but wine closet/racks, bath, and fireplace feature if any. Indicate “C” in your reply on the wish list form back if you want an above average level 1 plan type designed and still concerned of budget! This will not include a Private Home Theater Room other than a more detailed shared open large screen TV-entertainment area and can include custom built-ins around the LED TV. But does allow crown molding and or some wood panel details. Most built-ins and some use of wood beams, brick and or stone allowed! This is the most common type requested and will have an above average “Wow” factor of some degree! No matter how you want your design, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!
