Design Level “B” :  This is an average level design which will have additional ceiling treatments-soffits (some 2 step types & rope lighting effects, no coffered or tray ceiling work allowed) in the design to create optical illusions to not allow your basement to NOT look like a basically designed basement. It includes all rooms, normal bar and wine storage if any; bath, and standard fireplace feature if any. Indicate “B” in your reply back on the wish list form if you want an average level plan designed and concerned of budget! This will not include a Private Home Theater Room other than a general shared open large screen TV-entertainment area, none to little use of crown molding or wood panel details. Most built-ins, some use of brick and stone allowed! This is sometimes the common type requested and for many clients have much of my unique “Wow” factor effect! No matter how you want your design, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!
