Design Level “A”:  This is a very basic basement design with not many extra features designed other than basic rooms, small bar if any, bath, bedroom and basic soffit boxing in around air ducts, beams and pipes. Indicate “A” in your reply back on the wish list form if you want a basic plan designed and on a lower  budget! This will not include any customer features such as Home Theater Room other than a general shared open large screen TV-entertainment area or no golf simulators and other fancy things. This basic design level does not include the following; crown molding or wood panels/wainscot or built ins of any kind. Will install a basic service bar counter up to six feet long with a mini fridge. No sit at bars with stools but you can upgrade to have me add things to this design level to provide additional soffits and archways to attempt to not make it look so much like a basic basement finish. Either way, it’s a completed plan. No matter how you decide your basement design level, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!
